DFW’s Premier Tactical Firearms Facility
- We are a private training facility and all courses by appointment only. We are not a public shooting range.
- Here, you can dynamically engage targets to your front, left and right side with four 180-degree pistol and tactical carbine bays with moving target systems. Here you are allowed to draw from your holster, shoot on the move, shoot from and around vehicles, and many more realistic shooting applications.
- We will teach you how to sharpen your long-range skills on our 1,000-yard rifle range with reactive AR500 steel targets placed at each 100-yard line with a variety of barricades to shoot from with supported positions. Our main focus in training is multi-position applications.
- We also offer night shoots (for both flashlights and for night vision), vehicle live fire lanes, competitions for members, and many more special skills training for private citizens, military & law enforcement.
- All shooting bays to include the 1,000 yard range have lighting systems for night time shooting and other special events.
- Indoor air-conditioned classroom facilities. Armory, Kitchen, Boarding and Shower/bath available.
- We have a Members’ lounge and recreational area equipped with BBQ pit.
Our facility is located halfway between Denton and Decatur off Highway 380. The VX Marksmanship range is set up to facilitate basic to advanced pistol, tactical carbine and precision rifle training for Civilian, Law Enforcement & Military.
